About Artist

My artistic journey spans over fifteen years, deeply rooted in the vibrant cultural landscape of Malaysia. It began with an early fascination for traditional art forms, a foundation that has since blossomed into an exploration of diverse dimensions and mediums. Driven by a profound curiosity about life and a compelling desire to translate inner visions into tangible forms, my practice navigates both the ethereal and the grounded.

Inspired by the profound beauty of cosmic vistas and the serene tranquility of nature, I explore a range of media to articulate these contrasting yet interconnected perspectives. My painting practice embraces the fluid possibilities of digital art, allowing for the creation of immersive and boundary-pushing visual experiences that often echo the vastness and wonder of the cosmos. Complementing this digital realm, I engage with the tactile world through acrylics, building vibrant layers of energy and depth on canvas, drawing inspiration from the dynamic rhythms and subtle details of the natural world. With oils, I delve into the creation of richly textured surfaces and the nuanced interplay of light, striving for timeless and evocative expressions that often bridge the celestial and the earthly.

My exploration of mark-making extends to drawing and surface, frequently beginning with the delicate nuances of charcoal to capture fundamental form and contrast. This foundational practice sometimes evolves into the dynamic realm of aerosol art, where layered techniques and vibrant colours create striking visual effects on various surfaces, adding another dimension to my artistic vocabulary and allowing for bolder expressions.

Adding further dimension and texture to my work, I incorporate sculpted elements and the captivating brilliance of gemstones and Swarovski crystals. These carefully chosen additions transform surfaces into opulent tapestries, where light and form converge to create a unique and multi-sensory viewing experience, inviting closer contemplation.

The word is power, and the image is its vessel

Beyond the act of creation, I believe the presentation of artwork is integral to its impact. I offer custom-designed frames for each piece, ensuring a harmonious and bespoke display that allows collectors to fully immerse themselves in the intended artistic vision.

My artistic journey is not solely about personal expression; it is also deeply connected to a desire to share and give back to the community. This conviction has led me to dedicate 50% of the profits from all artwork sales to supporting animal shelters and orphanages, reflecting a belief in the power of art to contribute to positive change.

Through Mukthi Artz, I aim to share these nurtured visions, hoping that they resonate with others and perhaps spark a connection to the profound beauty and interconnectedness of our world.
