Welcome to my online gallery! I take great pride in creating unique, handmade artworks with meticulous attention to detail. This page outlines my policies regarding your purchase. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Artwork Description and Representation:

I strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of each artwork. However, please understand that:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

• Due to the handmade nature of the artworks, minor imperfections or variations may occur, which are part of their unique character.

• Dimensions provided are approximate.

2. Ordering and Payment:

• All prices are listed in United States Dollar and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment can be made through the available payment methods at checkout.

• Orders are processed once full payment is received.

3. Shipping:

• I carefully package each artwork to ensure its safe delivery.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork or communicated directly to you via email.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

4. Returns and Refunds:

I want you to be delighted with your artwork. However, due to the unique nature of handmade items, I generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

5. Damaged or Unacceptable Artwork:

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged or is otherwise unacceptable, please follow these steps:

• Notify me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Please provide clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the artwork itself, along with a detailed description of the issue.

• Once I have assessed the situation, I will offer the following options:

  • Repair or Replacement (if feasible): If the damage is repairable or if a similar piece is made available, I will arrange for repair or replacement at my discretion.

  • Partial Refund: If the damage is minor and you wish to keep the artwork, or if a repair or replacement is not feasible, I will refund 80% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Please note: Failure to notify me within 48 hours of receipt will void this clause. The assessment of whether the artwork is "unacceptable" is at my sole discretion and refers to significant flaws beyond the inherent characteristics of handmade art.

6. Cancellation:

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the artwork has not yet been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property:

All rights to the artwork, including copyright and reproduction rights, remain with me, the artist. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer these rights to the buyer.

Cryptocurrency Payment Policy: In-Person Exchange Required

If you choose to pay using cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.), the transaction MUST be conducted face-to-face, following the secure process outlined below. This policy supersedes all standard shipping procedures and ensures the buyer can personally inspect the artwork before the irreversible final payment is made.

Steps for Crypto Payment & Artwork Exchange:

1. Sale Confirmation & Agreement:

   • The Artist and the Buyer confirm the final price of the artwork in the agreed-upon fiat currency (e.g., USD, MYR).

   • The parties determine the cryptocurrency and the exact equivalent amount (based on a mutually agreed-upon exchange rate at the time of the meeting).

   • A binding written agreement (Sale Invoice or Bill of Sale) is prepared, detailing the artwork, the agreed crypto amount, and the scheduled date/location of the meeting.

2. Scheduling the Meeting:

   • The Artist and Buyer mutually agree upon a secure, convenient, public, or professional location (e.g., a bank conference room, solicitor's office, or secure gallery space) for the in-person exchange.

   • Both parties agree on the date and time. Any security arrangements (optional, but recommended for high-value transactions) are discussed and agreed upon.

3. Inspection and Verification:

   • At the scheduled meeting, the Artist presents the physical Artwork (or necessary digital hardware/documentation for digital art/NFTs).

   • The Buyer is granted a reasonable opportunity to thoroughly inspect and verify the authenticity and condition of the Artwork against the Sale Invoice.

4. Crypto Payment Execution:

   • Once the Buyer is satisfied with the inspection, the payment process begins.

   • The Artist provides their designated cryptocurrency wallet address (via QR code or manually).

   • The Buyer executes the full crypto transfer directly to the Artist's wallet in the Artist’s presence.

5. Confirmation and Transfer of Possession:

   • The Artist verifies the successful initiation of the transaction on the blockchain network (ideally waiting for initial confirmations).

   • Upon verification, the Artist immediately transfers physical possession of the Artwork and all relevant documentation (Certificate of Authenticity, Bill of Sale) to the Buyer.
